New Luxury Car - Toyota Etios Liva launched in India
This car launched in India on 27th June, 2011. The car launched with a dropping price of Rs. 3.99 lakh for the basic J-variant, while the higher VX final version is priced at Rs 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). In this way Toyota entered into premium hatchback segment market and to make competition with other hatchback segment models in the market of Hyundai, Maruti and some other car companies. This Etios Liva is powered by a 1.2-liter, DOHC four-pot engine that pumped out 80 hp at 5600 rpm and 104 Nm of torque at 3,100 rpm. It shows a fuel capacity of 18.31 kmpl. And its diesel version is expected to launch in India next year. The Etios Liva are sold in five variants J, G, G special edition, V, and VX. Prices of different varieties are: J: 3.99lakhs, G: 4.59lakhs, G 5.05lakhs special edition, V: 5.49lakhs and VX: 5.99 lakh.
